Generate Subscription HTML Form creates an HTML code that can be used on your web site as a Subscription/Unsubscription form. The Generate HTML Form dialog will appear to let you specify parameters. AY Track connection is required. See How to handle Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions for details.

Check for Subscriptions/Unsubscriptionsconnects to AY Track to receive new subscription and unsubscription requests. Usually this is not necessary, because AY Mail automatically check for subscriptions every time you open the project. See How to handle Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions for details.

Check for Bounces/Notifications connects to AY Track to receive bounces and notifications. Usually this is not necessary, because AY Mail automatically perform the checks every time you open the project and when you access any information from the reports.
