List View Menu

The standard list view menu lets you perform some simple operations with the list being viewed.

List menu let you perform list operations.

Save As lets you create a new project containing all the recipients on the view.

Copy All lets you copy all these recipients so that you could paste them into any project.

Export [Professional and Corporate Editions Only] lets you export the recipients into a CSV file.

Statistics counts the recipients and their status.

Remove All permanently destroys all the recipients on the view.

Disable All disables all the recipients.

Enable All enables all the recipients.

Fill in a Field... lets you fill out a data field with same value for all recipients.

Search menu allows you to search recipients.

Simple Search lets you search for the recipients who have matches for an arbitrary text in any field. The Search dialog will let you enter the text to search.

Advanced Search lets you search for the recipients based on more complex criteria.The Advanced Search dialog will let you enter the search criteria.

Help menu displays a help page for the list.
