Project Tree

The AY Mail project contains message information, recipient list, advanced settings, and history information. All that information is displayed on the tabs. As you switch projects, the information on all the tabs changes. See also Projects.

All available projects are displayed on the left side of AY Mail window. It can be shown or hidden by selecting View->Project Tree from the main menu.

To create a new project, select File->New from the main menu and follow instructions on the screen.

To switch between projects, simply click on the project that you want to switch to.

To delete a project, right click on the project and select Delete … from the pop-up menu. You cannot delete the current project, so you need to switch to some other project before deleting the current one.

To rename a project, click on its title while it's active and type a new name.

To create a copy of the project, right click on the project and select Duplicate … from the pop-up menu.

To move a project to a different folder, drag it with your mouse and drop at the destination folder.

To copy a project to a different folder, drag it with your mouse and drop at the destination folder while holding the Ctrl key down.
