New Form dialog

This dialog lets you create a new Subscription form. The form will reside on the AY Track server, and you will be able to use this form on multiple projects.

New Form Id Enter the Id for the form. The Id is required. It will be used to recognize the form later. If you use AY Track as a web server, the form id will be used to compose subscription and unsubscription URLs.

How to build the form? Lets you specify initial Data Fields for the form. Email address will be added to the form automatically. The form will also include two invisible fields - IP Address and Subscription date, which will be automatically inserted by the AY Track server.

Start from a blank form The form will not have any data fields. You will be able to add data fields using Data Fields dialog later.

Start from the standard form for the language AY Mail will create a standard subscription form. Standard data fields include name, organization, address fields, phone, fax, gender and birthday. AY Mail supports standard forms for several countries. If you do not see your country in the list then it is either not supported by AY Mail, or your operating system does not provide support for the corresponding character set. You will be able to edit the standard form by adding, removing fields, or changing their order. The language that you select must also be supported on the server.

Copy fields from the following form Choose this option if you want to duplicate another subscription form. Use drop-down box below to select the form. If this is your first form the choice will be disabled.

Copy fields from the current projects recipient list The data fields from your current project will be copied into the form.
