Track Macro

The Track macro lets you insert a tracking id into an URL. When the recipient clicks the link, AY Track will automatically register the click.

URL?#/Track/#

URL is an URL pointing to the link to be tracked.

Example:

http://www.yourcomany.com/text.html?#/Track/#

When your recipient receives the email the link with the #/Track/# at the end will be replaced with a special link with a tracking id, which includes your message id and recipient's email address in the encrypted form. When your recipient clicks on the link, AY Track will register the click and redirect the recipient to your Web site. Next time you connect to the AY Track server, the recipient will be marked in the recipient list and in the corresponding report.
