New lets you create a new project. Project will be created in the currently selected folder of the Project Tree . The New Project dialog will be displayed to let you specify the parameters for your new project.

Import

Recipient List imports recipients and corresponding Data Fields from Various sources. The Import dialog will be displayed to let you specify the parameters for the import.

Message Text imports the text of the message from a Text or HTML file. You will be prompted to enter the file name. The message type will be set automatically according to the type of the file that you select. This operation is designed to import only the text of the message. To restore previously stored message, use Message->Load .

AY Mail 1 Project loads all the settings from AY Mail 1.x project. See Migration from AY Mail 1 for details.

Export

Recipient List [Professional and Corporate Editions Only] lets you export the list of the recipients as a CSV file so it could be imported into your databases. See Export for details.

Message Text lets you save the text of the message. You will be prompted to enter the file name. This operation is designed to save only the text of the message. To store the message along with attachments and attributes, use Message->Store .

Preview opens the Preview dialog to preview the message as it is going to be sent to the recipients.

Send sends the message. The Send dialog will be displayed before the sending begins.

Schedule [Professional and Corporate Editions Only] lets you schedule sending for a specified date and time, and then transfers the message to AY Track. The Schedule Sending dialog will be displayed to let you specify the exact sending date and time. See Scheduling

Re-send [Home Edition Only] re-sends the message using the recipient status displayed on the Recipients tab. You can resend to failed or new recipients. The Resend dialog will let you select retry options. The users of Professional or Corporate editions of AY Mail should use Reports->Retry instead. See also How to resend the message .
